POLICE NEWS ALERT
Hello everyone,
The St. Charles police department had this incident occur in their city.
There was a very suspicious incident that happened at approximately noon on 08/30/2006. Two children were on the school playground when occupants of a Gold Jeep Cherokee 4door with chrome rims and center spinners yelled for the children to approach the vehicle. We do not know the intentions of the occupants at this time.
The offender is a male white about in his mid 20’s wearing a black baseball cap, wearing a black ripped t-shirt, blue denim jeans and had a tattoo on his left forearm of a koi fish.
The vehicle left the area going westbound fellows street from the area.
Again this did not occur in West Chicago but because it was next door, I believe we need to be on the look out.
Please remind your children to practice their stranger danger rules. Please call on any person or vehicle that seems to be suspicious and does not belong.
