• The Board of Education last night discussed changes to the annual budget cycle that will allow the Board more input earlier in the process, and should clarify how the district’s expenditures support its goals. • Speaking of which, the Board of Education will meet in special session from 6:30-8:30 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at the new district Transportation Center, 901 S. Peck Road, to continue discussing future growth, building needs and the possibility of a construction referendum on the March 2006 ballot.
