Police News Alert
The West Chicago Police Department took a report on today’s date at 12:05 pm reference a suspicious person/and vehicle involving a Juvenile.
The juvenile victim was walking Northbound Fremont St and Grandlake Ave. when a 2000 model or newer forest green Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by a male Hispanic who opened his vehicle door and whistled at the victim, approached him. The victim stated he looked at the driver (suspect) and the driver asked him if he wanted a ride home. The victim stated he ran home and contacted the police.
The suspect was described as a male Hispanic early twenties with short black hair.
The victim stated he did not see any other person in the vehicle and has never seen the suspect before. The victim was not able to get any further information on the vehicle or suspect.
The police was not able to locate vehicle at this time.
